UK Standard Delivery is from £3.50 or from £8.50 depending on the product ordered. Smaller items are sent First Class with Royal Mail, larger packages are sent next working day via our delivery distribution partner Diamond.
Please email sales@geniusroofsolutions.com for larger quantities and pallet deliveries.
Should you require items prior to 9am the following day please contact us for a shipping quote. Orders need to be completed prior to 2pm for us to prepare and despatch.
Orders received weekdays prior to 2pm are despatched the same day.
Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class post the next working day including Saturdays.
Diamond Standard Delivery is by 6PM weekdays.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel or it won’t fit through your letterbox, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. Diamond will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card with details on how to reschedule / how to request collection from your local distribution depot.
Customers located outside of the UK are asked to contact us for a postage quote.
